Infant Care

At Noah's Ark, our mission is to provide an environment similar to home for infants. This includes a warm, caring, nurturing atmosphere while providing age appropriate learning experiences.

Ages: 6 weeks to 16 months
Teacher to child ratio: 1:4
Creative Curriculum: The focus of this curriculum is to build a responsive relationship with the caregiver/teacher, the child, and their families. The caregiver/teacher creates an environment that offers a variety of experiences that interest and engages children which helps them to grow and learn.






- Small separated age groups to encourage age appropriate activities for each child
- Infant sign language used daily
- Individualized goals set for each child
- Parents decide daily schedule for their children and can update as often as necessary
- Detailed individualized reports are sent home daily
- Separate nap rooms with a crib designated for each child
- Children are read to daily
- Open communication with parents
- Conferences held at 9 months and 1 year
- Open door policy: parents are always welcome to visit
- Once your infant is on table food we provide breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack

Formula and baby food is provided at the Hopkins center only.
